About Skinners Bakery
Skinners bakery have over four generations of bakers and two generations of Master bakers in the family. We skillfully combine age-old traditional methods with modern techniques to create baked goods full of flavour and texture.
Everything we sell is produced on our bakery site in Holywood, Co Down, Northern Ireland by our Master Bakers. All of the goods are produced from our special recipes or older recipes that we have professionally improved to give the best texture and taste.
Our Holywood bakery includes a cafe and sandwich bar, providing fresh meals and snacks produced using quality ingredients. We are experts in baking special and unique celebration cakes for any type of party from birthday cakes and anniversaries to weddings. Using our state of the art techniques, we can create cakes with pictures or company logos, an ideal accompaniment to any business meeting or special corporate event.
